The overall experience was wonderful. The property was a great size for our frisbee team with a home-away-from-home experience. Plenty of space for activities and guests to lounge as well as great furniture/sleeping quantity and quality. There was minor miscommunication with check-in, but the Beach Happy property is a great place for a relaxing spring break rental! Close to the beach and to the center of town.

We really enjoyed the house. Just missing a pool like the neighbors. We had a little bug problem but overall a great time. Management came out right away to spray.

This is a beautiful vacation home! We had a group of seven visit St. Simon's Island for a long weekend and this home was the perfect house to accomodate us. The house was in great condition and provided plenty of room for our group. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone who visits St. Simon's Island.

We loved the living space and the deck area. Four adults were very comfortable. It was quiet, no loud outside noises and great kitchen space/equipment. Loved having a Keurig, perhaps mention that in the published description so correct coffee can be purchased in advance. The location was close to so many amenities, but beach access was a drive away, not 2 blocks.
