I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

we were unhappy from the beginning with the cleaning fee of $200 in a $150 per night rental. That being said we assumed we would be walking into a very clean cottage since the guests prior to us had paid $200 to have the home cleaned - - - not even close!!! mirrors filthy - windows dirty with many stays worth of fingerprints, unused portions of hotel amenities left for us in lotion, shampoo, etc. Had to put socks on when you got out of the shower to keep your feet from getting dirty. There is no way in the world that the renting agent ever followed thru and checked on the cleaning staff prior to checking guests into the unit - - he would have been shocked with the condition. couldn't even put soap in the shower caddy without first placing a wash cloth on the tray because it was so rusted.
