This residential condominium is one of only four in a building in which each unit is served by common elevator, making it handicap accessible. It has an unobstructed view of the world-famous shelling beach that Sanibel is known for and where sea turtles regularly build their nests and flocks of marine birds of all kinds can be seen throughout the day.

In addition to a complete master suite with a king-size massaging adjustable bed and full bathroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bathroom, this unit has a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and outside balcony. One the ground level directly beneath this unit is the garage with automatic door opener, a secured storage room and a complete laundry room shared with the other three units in this building. Two bicycles are available for exploring the many bike paths which run from the Sanibel lighthouse all the way to Captiva.

Addison and Charles Scoville both live in Nashville, Tennessee and are the owners of this property which was originally purchased by our parents in 1971 while it was under construction. Through the years, we have spent so much time here that it has truly become a second home for both of us and our families.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1971

Though our parents originally purchase this condominium, we would have chosen Sanibel and this particular condominium for many of the same reasons that they did. Having full-time onsite management and an oceanfront location in an area where there are no high-rises were features as important to them as they are to us. This beach with the amazing variety of shells that come in with each tide makes it so special for young and old alike

We love so many things that this property has to offer. Each day starts with an indescribable sunrise out of the east and fish can be seen chasing bait along the shore. Pelican and gulls are attracted to the commotion. Often we are attracted to the beach as well with fishing rods in hand or a simple bag in which to gather shells. We ride bicycles as often as we drive if our destination is nearby and we often walk to the lighthouse on the very east end of Sanibel.

The condo is a perfect 10...million dollar view and location. We had all the comforts of a well-maintained home and more, including an elevator, on a paradise island! The beach, shelling, and fishing are right outside the door plus Sanibel has wonderful restaurants, bike paths, golf, and a nature park. We definitely recommend this property and we will be coming back!

TWO NASHVILLIANS LOVED THIS BEACHSIDE GREAT ACCOMODATION- A SHELL SEARCHERS DELIGHT!!!

My wife and I have stayed twice in this great two bedroom coastal condo. It is neat and tidy with a wonderful view of the ocean and south to Ft. Myers Beach and even down to Naples on a clear day. This condo is as close as you can get to the ocean on Sanibel as now the building restrictions require new construction to be set back further from shore. The shelling is amazing and you are on the south end of the island so you get first pick of the best. At night the sound of the sea is soooo soothing. There is a nice pool as well as a private elevator to the third floor location as well as a real garage. We love it and hope to go back this winter if we get the time. Close to everything on the island as well as the causeway back to the mainland. If you stay here you will be enchanted

GORGEOUS VACATION HOME!

I had the pleasure of staying here this year and couldn't be happier with the accommodations. This well-kept condo had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of staying beachfront with only a few steps out and onto the sand, it was wonderful not to have to lug our beach gear a longer distance! Coming off the beach there were outdoor showers both on the walkway and on the downstairs porch of the condo itself, which came in very handy.

The condo itself was clean, spacious and well-equipped for a lengthy stay, with plentiful closet and drawer space in both bedrooms. The view from the ceiling to floor windows facing the beach was absolutely stunning. We really appreciated the convenience of being so centrally located to everything Sanibel has to offer, we could easily bike everywhere instead of driving. The elevator access was a great option for big shopping trips and toting large items to and from the ground floor.

I especially liked that the community wasn't overly large or crowded, there was plenty of space for parking and we usually had the beautiful pool all to ourselves! It was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. I'll definitely stay here again and look forward to enjoying more great vacations in Sanibel. Thank you!

EXCEPTIONAL BEACHFRONT CONDO

My husband and I loved this beautiful, spacious condo in such a lovely quiet neighborhood. The furnishings and amenities are top notch and what you always hope to find in a beach condo. The kitchen/dining layout is perfect for fun entertaining and the views are spectacular. We especially liked the biking-walking trails that are so easily accessible with such pretty scenery. Fishing was great and being able to grill and enjoy your fresh catch immediately while watching amazing sunsets was the icing on our cake!

WHAT A GEM!

This beautiful home is one of the few which overlooks to ocean offering sunrise and sunsets from your balcony. Sanibel is unique because building is restricted on the island to preserve the land for it's habitat.
The shell museum, bird sanctuary and nature preserves offer activities when you aren't biking through the island.
It is simply wonderful!

COULD NOT GET CLOSER TO THE WATER OR A BETTER VIEW

This condo is right on the beach. Could not ask for more. True 2 Br/2 Bath condo with pull out couch in main living area. Great neutral decor. Very clean and great central location on Sanibel. Loved watching and listening to the waves from inside the condo. Elevator made getting groceries inside extremely easy. Feels extremely private as there is nothing between you and the beach (you do not see other condos). Highly satisfied and would recommend. Sanibel is a special place!
