1st Class & Child Friendly: Bodega Bay’s ship channel which you can view from the comfort of our living room and kitchen windows leads to the open ocean past Seal Rock, Bodega Head and the University of California's Bodega Marine Lab. All of the above is a 2 minute drive from our front door. You can watch the Fishing Boats offshore, observe Grey Whales, Seals, Dolphins and many species of local and migrating Coastal Birds. This beautiful, 1650-square-foot, custom home was built on Bodega Bay in 2001. Stunning bay views from the Master bedroom, Great room, Dining room, Kitchen and Hot tub. Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, custom birch cabinets with large pantry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and tile floors. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD/VCR. Great room has a beachrock faced propane fireplace, large leather couch, TV with VCR, and internet access. Children go first class, too! We supply toys, puzzles, art supplies, games, and videos.

1st Class & Child Friendly: This gated mini-estate is surrounded by a lush and beautiful whimsical garden full of exotic plants and designer landscaping. The garden and sitting area is adjacent to the big play area with basketball court. There is plenty of room to park your car and boat outside the front gates. This home is fully fenced and gated around the entire property. Front gates are permanently locked for the safety of our children and play area. Please come stay and play! No matter how many times you come here, you can go somewhere you've never been before. My husband and I stayed here as a 10th anniversary get-away. The house is beautiful and very cozy.
We cooked a few meals there. The kitchen is gorgeous and fun to use. The gas barbecue was convienient as well.
Although we spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the air and looking out at the bay, there is an extensive DVD selection when needed, or a variety of books and magazines. There is also a small trail leading to the bay for a walk.
We didn't bring our kids with us this time but I could see that they would've loved it too. There would have been plenty of things (movies and games) for them to do. The front patio with basketball hope is nice and the locked gates make it easy to let kids run around in the completely fenced yard.
It truly is like a home away from home.

my whole family stayed at this vacation home. it was me, my husband a 18mos an 2yr, my mom & dad, my 2 brothers and one's girlfriend and a family friend. with all these people it was not bad at all we stayed 11 days and it was the best vacation we have ever had. my kids did not want to leave the house they loved the fenced in yard and all the toys that were there to play with. everything was just perfect! the house is just breath taking! and there was so much to do near by. all the little restaurants are great we had sea food every night we were there! and right behind the house is the docks we bought these oysters that were the biggest i have every seen! and the community center had the best salmon i have had in my life! we were just so pleased with how great everything was there! we all give this house five stars! and the owners were soo helpful!

This place was great! We were an extended family with age range from 4 months to 79 years. Everyone loved it. The toddler had lots of toys, the teens had viedos and internet and the older generations had quiet places to sit and visit in the patios.
