This townhouse includes a large eat in kitchen, fully equiped, washer/dryer, cable tvs, internet, and more. Recently renovated and cute as a button! Bathrooms and kitchen are ceramic tile, living room and dinning are wood and the upstairs bedrooms are carpeted. The bedroom have full size beds and one bedroom has a sleeper sofa in addition to the bed. There are 2 sofas in the living room. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths Washer/dryer are upstairs. Close to everything, walk to the grocery store, squares, Forsyth Park, The mansion, stores, restaurants, church and bars. 15 miles to the ocean! Pets ok with $100 non refundable deposit.

Living in the historic district is a wonderful time, an adventure. There are many galleries, museums, plays, and the beautiful squares that are within walking distance. Take the trolley for a tour when you first come to the city. City Market, and river street are great attractions with many restaurants, stores and galleries. The beach is just 15 miles from the historic district.
