Decorated in a sophisticated mountain motif with novelty accent pieces, this spacious town home provides the warmth and comfort you expect from a distinguished mountain property. Gather in the living room around the cozy fireplace and entertainment center, relax in the den with a good movie or take a soothing soak in your private hot tub, while watching other skiers pass by. The upstairs master bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, TV and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms in lower level with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. First bedroom downstairs has two twins bed and a TV. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin bunks. Downstairs entertainment and family room area has a queen sofa sleeper. Townhouse sleeps 12 people comfortably.

Amenities include private hot tub, gas grill, multiple TV’s, garage, balcony, washer/dryer and WIFI high-speed Internet access. One car garage and one car in heated driveway. Car suggested for evening trips to town. Non-smoking.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. We loved that the kids had there own area to relax and watch tv downstairs. The condo location was perfect. Summit Rentals was very helpful and we will definitely book through them again.

We had a very nice stay. The property is a little older than where we've stayed before; there were no ceiling fans, older style bathrooms and bedroom furniture, bath sharing for 2 large bedrooms downstairs. The hot tub, fireplace and the location were excellent.
