Our spacious 2 BD / 2 BA ocean view condo, located on the beach, just renovated, is ready to be enjoyed by the whole family. With comfortable new furnishings (new beds, MB, dining room and living room furniture) and linens, you can enjoy the ocean breezes off the balcony, or views from the living room. Take in a sunset from the 2nd balcony. Our unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible by the elevator or stairs. You can walk to the beach on our private, gated boardwalk with views of turtles and rabbits, enjoy the heated pool, or just watch the kids from the 2nd story pool deck. We're also located close to restaurants, shops, and historic downtown St. Augustine. Less Than 30 Minutes To Worldgolf,Sawgrass And Palm Coast-Discounted Golf Rates!!!

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in St. Augustine Beach, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $600-1200/Week
  • In addition to the rental fee, there's a 9% FL tax, a $75 cleaning fee and a $250 refundable deposit.
    All deposits are mailed back with in 3 business days from departure, as long as there are no damages.
