Our spacious 2 BD / 2 BA ocean view condo, located on the beach, just renovated, is ready to be enjoyed by the whole family. With comfortable new furnishings (new beds, MB, dining room and living room furniture) and linens, you can enjoy the ocean breezes off the balcony, or views from the living room. Take in a sunset from the 2nd balcony. Our unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible by the elevator or stairs. You can walk to the beach on our private, gated boardwalk with views of turtles and rabbits, enjoy the heated pool, or just watch the kids from the 2nd story pool deck. We now offer wedding services through Sun and Sand Beach Weddings. We're also located close to restaurants, shops, and historic downtown St. Augustine. Less Than 30 Minutes To Worldgolf,Sawgrass And Palm Coast-Discounted Golf Rates!!!

Our family enjoyed how clean this unit is kept. After traveling to numerous FL rental condos over the years, you never know what you're going to find when you arrive... This place was a "step above" the other places we've stayed at and would recommend it to any family looking for a great beach and condo!
