2 bed/2.5 bath, front row multi-level townhouse at Cedars, king master, queen 2 twins (trundle bed) with sofa sleeper in living room sleeps 8. W/D, WIFI, Upper Village Pool & Hot Tubs access, garage.

Location, location, location! Practically ski-in/ski-out convenience — as well as a spacious, beautifully remodeled town home featuring quality craftsmanship and plenty of amenities. You’re literally a 50-yard walk from the slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes.

You’ll love this home’s a wide, bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. The living area has lots of comfy seating for a movie on the large LCD TV, games with the kids, or just relaxing conversation. Rustle up some après ski snacks or a special mountain dinner in the gourmet kitchen; there’s a beautiful dining table with seating for six and room for four more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a one-car attached garage. There’s also a first-come, first-serve parking lot for one more vehicle. And, the town of Breckenridge is just a short 5-10 minute walk away with shopping, restaurants and great nightlife.

Upper Village Pool & Hot Tubs is closed between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, trundle twin (pulls out to make two twin beds). Perfect for kids and guests.

MAIN LEVEL

• Double sleeper sofa and a half bath located off the kitchen.

Condo was very clean and had all that we needed. Kitchen had everything to make meals allowing us to save money from eating at expensive lodges and restaurants. Location couldn't be any closer to Quicksilver lift.

This condo was great. Location was perfect. Walk 20 feet, put your skis on and off you go. Also, our son was in ski school which was perfect for this location. The condo was updated, very nicely appointed. We really enjoyed it. We'll book again most likely!

This is a great little place that is literally ski in and ski out. 10 minute walk to the city of Breckenridge, 5 minute walk to the mountain. The only draw back is that the hot tub is down the block.

All in all, it was lots of fun!!

The location of this beautiful unit is truly amongst the most desirable in Breckenridge, and although the unit does not have a private hot tub, many guests do use the hot tubs and pool at the Upper Village complex, just minutes away. We had a great stay at Cedars #29. The location was outstanding and the unit was very good. The only negative was the location of the hot tub -- down and across the street. We did not use the hot tub because of that location -- and that is our only issue in considering whether to return.
The two employees we dealt with were courteous, accommodating and professional.
