2 bed/2 bath ski-in/shuttle-out townhouse on Ski Hill Rd. Queen master, Captain's Bunk and sleeper sofa sleeps 6. Common hot tub, fireplace, washer/dryer, WIFI, one car garage. Walk to Main St.

This contemporary, mountain inspired 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse offers a great location to Main Street and for skiing. Twin Elk townhomes are located just off Ski Hill Road, only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street and from the Four O'Clock Run. It is also across from the new Gondola and the Skyway Ski-way. The free shuttle to various lifts stops just at the entrance to the complex on Ski Hill Road. A great location for both summer and winter vacations.

From the main living room windows, you can see Peak 8 mountains. LCD TV, gas fireplace and sofa sleeper in living room. Both bedrooms are located lower level - queen master bedroom with a private tub/shower bath and Captain's Bunk (full bottom, twin top) in second guest bedroom. There is a hallway bathroom with shower only, sleeps total 6 people.

Non-smoking, stackable washer/dryer in kitchen, WIFI, 1 car garage, common area hot tub, walk to downtown Breckenridge.

Shared outdoor hot tub will be closed during summer.

Loved the property, could do without management office hassle.

I have rented properties/homes from VRBO for the past 10 years multiple times in several different US states. The property this time was great, but I did not like having to pay a large damage deposit and having doors that locked like hotel rooms. I kept forgetting I was not in a hotel and locked myself out twice. I also prefer to drive straight to the property and let myself in rather than first checking in at an office.

Except for the noise level from the street being an issue, the property was nice. It's a corner unit, but had nice furniture and amenities.
