Spectacular tree-fringed golden sandy beach, sparkling blue sea, beautiful days, balmy nights, blissful relaxation, luxury living………..Surely everyone’s idea of the perfect holiday spot. All this you will find at ‘Pacific Penthouse’ Yorkeys Knob, Cairns.

From ‘Pacific Penthouse’ you have easy access to ‘Half Moon Bay’ Marina/Restaurant and Golf Club. Close to amenities and only 10 minutes to the airport.

This top floor and rooftop terrace apartment has ducted air-conditioning, is luxuriously appointed with three bedrooms, one queen and two twins (which zip up to create king size beds if preferred) two bathrooms, a wonderful gourmet kitchen and open plan lounge/dining opening out onto the covered patio.

Up a short spiral staircase you find the private roof terrace featuring an electric barbeque and dining furniture and sun lounges. Not to mention the fantastic views across the beach and sea. The perfect spot to enjoy those beautiful North Queensland clear night skies.

The apartment boasts a spectacular lap pool at the front of the property for those who prefer to swim in fresh water.

Amenities: Private roof terrace, balcony, electric BBQ, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fans, lap pool, lock up garage, TV, DVD, stereo, telephone, microwave, electric range & oven, dishwasher, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, tastefully appointed.

Within easy walking distance to a number of local : Within easy walking distance to a number of local restaurants. The beach is only 40 metres in front of the apartment, and is long and flat. Great for lovely walks in the early mornings or late afternoons.

Kitesurfing is available off the beach for those who are feeling a little more energetic.

The Half Moon Bay Marina offers affordable breakfasts,lunches and dinners all week and weekends and also has live entertainment on specific nights.

The Half Moon Bay Golf Club is located approx 5 minutes from Pacific Penthouse Apartment.

Your can catch a local bus into Cairns City centre each hour from the beachfront (timetable are in the bus shelter).

The airport is only a 10 - 15minute drive from Yorkeys Knob Beach.

Superb Lodging for a Once in a Lifetime Vacation

Exactly as the listing promised. Quiet, clean, safe, well built, wonderfully furnished and appointed apartment as close to the Coral Sea as possible. Short, safe walk for children between the apartment and the beach. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Streets had very little traffic and only a few people on the beach at any time; never crowded. Owner was very helpful throughout our stay. A great value.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
