I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This is the 3 rd year we have stayed at these lovely condos. Clean, quiet, central, easy to find, plenty of parking, spacious condo. There is NO phone service in the condo, not great so if you go, have a cell phone, there is Wi-Fi so that was great. All in all a lovely place and staff is very helpful if you,need anything at all. We would recommend for sure and will return.

We traveled with a family of 6 people, now imagine all of us in a cramped hotel room!! Baskins Creek 106 was a great choice! There was soooo much space in the condo. Sometimes things aren't what you see in
pictures online. However, I can say this place is exactly what you see and more. Downtown was in walking distance which helped with not having to pay for parking, which is pricey. My kids loved this place, some days they just wanted to hang out at the condo. We felt right at home. I have told everyone I know about this place. We will definitely be back!!!!!

We had a great girls weekend staying here. The condo was clean and spacious. The only issue we had was the front desk was not helpful when we asked about cabs. They took no effort to look any recommendations up for us; they just shrugged their shoulders and said "eveyone here walks." It was 30° outside and raining so walking wasn't an option. The room made up for their lack of knowledge and I customer service skills.
