Season Rates start at $169+Tax per night . Excludes Holidays. This is a NON Smoking condo

King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

I have stayed here before and will be back again.I called to inform office i would be late(office closed) they informed me where to pick up key( on location)very easy. Nice & clean,beds comfortable,washer & dryer in unit,nice big kitchen and bathrooms.staff friendly & helpfull.

Our room was very clean. We loved to short 5 minute walk to the parkway. A short walk to Ripley's Aquarium and easy access to Smokey Mountains scenic drive. Would definately stay again.

This is our 5th or 6th visit to Baskins Creek Condos and we would not pick any other condos. We have always had a excellent clean condo and the central location with walking distance to the main street in Gatlinburg is a plus. We will be back.

My wife had a really nice time we only stayed one night but this was one of the best condos we have stayed at really quite and not to far from everything we will make sure when we come back to Gatlinburg we stay here again
