Photos and Description of the Gatlinburg vacation condo rental
Season Rates start at $189+Tax per night . Excludes Holidays. This is a NON Smoking condo. Just recently updated.

Newly redecorate, fresh paint and beautiful decor. This unit sleeps 8 guest. King in master with fireplace and 40" flat screen tv and dvd player, 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, 42 " flat screen tv, private balcony, sleeper sofa, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. NOTE* If you have no more than 6 in your group please let us know and we will lower the rate accordingly.

My motherinlaw was going with us so we originally planned to stay at a motel for one night (two rooms of course) and then leave the next night to stay at a motel near the polar express in bryson city nc. We stayed at Mountain Vista in the summer and really liked it so we took a stab in the dark and checked on the price. We found that we were able to stay at Mountain Vista for 2 nights for about the same price as staying at a motel (2 rooms) for one night. Thanks for the great stay and thanks for allowing us an extra night!

My wife and I had a wonderful time while in Gatlinburg.
The condo was what made the trip.
It was like going home in the after noon from work. Kick back, turn on the fire place and relax. The condo has every thing you will ever need and more!
There is only one thing that could be improved on and that is a sign in the parking area telling you were to walk to get to the lobby.
It was 1AM when we arrived and could not find it any were. Then we left the parking area and drove on the main road and found it.
We hatted to leave but it was time to return to the real world of work.
We hope to see you next year!!!!!!
