This condo has just been redecorated. Fresh paint and carpet . King in master with 2 person whirlpool, Fireplace in Master with a 40 IN FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD player.full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath and 40 IN FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD player. Lliving room with fireplace, 42 IN FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD PLAYER private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

This was an extremely nice property that was very clean. The overall condition of the condo was excellent. The only issue we found were that the windows could have been more sound proof. Great location, pool, hot tub, and very comfortable beds in each room. Highly recommend staying in 306 at Baskins Creek if going to Gatlinburg.
