Season Rates start at $169+Tax per night. Excludes Holidays. This is a NON Smoking condo. Recently Repainted

New painted condo..King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

My only concern was that the kitchen was not fully equipt in my opinion. No serving bowls and no turners to flip pancakes or eggs/omelets however the location and overall cleanliness won extra points and we will definately stay here again on any future trips to Gatlinburg.

Baskins Creek is the best!! We've stayed every year for the last 5-6 years. Sometimes twice a year. They've never disappointed. Always spotless & in great condition. Staff has always been very accommodating. Especially like the walking convenience to town. Went for a short trip in December after Christmas. We were lucky enough to experience a day of snow in town. Unforgettable for my 12 year old. Especially coming from LA where the trees don't even lose leaves in the winter since it rarely gets cold enough. Always something to do here. We will definitely be back.
