Property was very nice with a magnificent view. The complex and poll was immaculately kept. The only downside for us was that it was a long walk into town and restaurants.

Sea Village was perfect for our stay in Kona. Awazing View! Loactation was great for an easy walk to town. We used the barbque area every night and enjoyed meeting other guests. Our unit was beautifully decorated. The only con was the closeness of our bedroom to the busy and loud road. Ear plugs helped.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This well maintained condo has the million dollar view! Other complex owners were friendly, it was fairly quiet and it was a perfect location to explore the island in our rental car. Nearby snorkeling was top 10.
Although our visit was in November, it was extremely hot in the (west facing) unit. Just be aware there is no air conditioning, although it does cool off late at night.

We were extremely happy with our vacation unit in Sea Village. The unit we stayed in was nicely appointed and had everything we could have asked for. We liked its location and spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the fine view and wonderful weather. I have never rented a unit like this "blind" but I must say that my expectations were exceeded in every way. Thanks to the owners and to Kona Coast Vacations as well.
