This is the ideal location for a fun-filled vacation. We are just minutes above downtown Kailua Kona, close to all amenities & the beaches - tucked away in a secluded corner of a gated community. Malulani Hale (Home) is perfect for weekly or monthly stays. We strive to give you all the comforts of home - and then some! This inviting 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath "Hale" will wow you with its open sunny vistas, cool cross breezes, and feeling of comfort that welcomes you upon entering . Each room has new furnishings, new bedding and linens & the kitchen wares have been fully restocked for a wonderful stress free stay. Our front lanai is an ideal spot for that morning Kona coffee or an "al fresco" family gathering. The lush tropical yards and covered pool lanai allow for fun and relaxation in your own Hawaiian paradise - complete with sofas for lounging, a mini fridge, pool floaters & toys. For the beachgoers, the garage is stocked with snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach matts, boogie boards and more. We even have 2 sets of golf clubs (mens & women/junior) for those golf enthusiasts…so you can leave all your gear at home! We stayed at Malulani Hale in Kona, Hawaii for 8 nights. The property was spacious (there was 7 of us), clean, well decorated and had every amenity we could think of. It is well cared for, the reservation process was simple with friendly assistance with every question we had. We would absolutely recommend Kona Vacations (in fact, we already have twice!) for anyone looking to stay in Kona. We'll be back!

The residence we stayed in was perfect. It was close to town, the major grocery stores. The front area had a great view of the ocean, the back yard with the pool was amazing. The general property was very quiet. We had a great time and would recommend it.

It was so nice to have a home base for our stay in Kona. We were able to cook our meals (savings from eating out). This was important because we had small children. The pool was a big hit with the children. The home was complete with everything that we needed. Thank you.
