As part of the Country Club Villa Resort you'll enjoy the use of three swimming pools each with Jacuzzi, tennis courts and golf facilities. This unit is a "bridge" unit with easy access to parking without the bother of stairs.

Minutes from the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona where you will find restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. Relax and enjoy the ocean sunset on your private lanai with a full ocean view and overlooking the rolling, lush green Kona Country Club golf course. Play golf, enjoy the beaches, snorkel or take a day trip to the volcanoes. The Country Club Villa is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and the Sheraton Resort in Keauhou Bay. The villa sleeps 6 people, and has a large master bedroom with a private bath, guest room with twin beds, guest bath, queen-size sofa-bed, washer and dryer and barbeque on the lanai. The condo has been completely refurbished with fully upgraded kitchen and baths, new carpeting, window coverings, and beautiful new furniture. There is a 7 night minimum stay at this complex & 10 night minimum during Christmas Season. This is a non smoking unit as well as no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. W21431015-01

Reviewer Comments:
Kona Country Club closed the Ocean Course (of which we overlooked the 17th hole) the day before we got there. I don't think they gave anybody much notice. This was very disappointing, but no fault of Kona Coast Vacations. They found out late also. That is why I gave it an overall 3.

Reviewer Comments:
The problem with the birds had been addressed many times in the guest book and no action had been taken. I spent an entire morning cleaning the lanai and railing of accumulated bird droppings and then needed to give the area a quick clean daily. It would be helpful to mention in the listing that there is free WiFi and long distance calling.

This was great for March, but might not be in the hot summer as there is no air conditioning. The trade winds and fans saved us at night.
