There are remote ceiling fans for all rooms in the house. A deck next to the master bedroom with table for two and a bench overlooking at the beautiful lake. Living Room: Sofa, Coffee table, 3-black leather recliner chairs and side tables, potted plants, CD/clock radio and lights with view of the Lake. Dining area: Large cherry grandfather clock, beautiful cherry table Seats 4, Cherry end table with light, and beautiful mirrors/decorations/painting, cherry side curio, side table and chandelier light with lake view. Kitchen: Flat top stove and side by side refrigerator with water/ice on the door with table seats 4, and three around the counter tops. A total of 7 chairs. Ski: Activities: Swimming, boating (non-motorized), fishing, hiking/biking on miles of developed trails, bird watching, walking/jogging around the lake/pecan grove, play Tennis/basketball, The casino is about five miles down the road, and play golf in five public golf course to neighboring Green Valley and Tubac and many others to just minutes to Tucson. Note: Recreation Center/Clubhouse facility guest/usage fees may apply for less than 4 months stay. And also Splash Park/slides/train pool is closed for the Winter seasons. The clubhouse has a large Private Splash Park with 5 water slides(3 for the adult and 2 for the kids),Kids splash buckets with many water jets/slides/etc, a train water park for the very little one, jacuzzi, heated Olympic size pool, kids play ground, 15,000 sq ft fitness facility that include Top of the line equipments with private bathroom with showers/lockers. This also include Teens center, meeting room, and bar/TV room.
Golf: Family Room: 42 inch(big screen) projection TV with VCR/DVD, sofa and 3-black leather recliner chairs and cherry side tables, end tables/lights, potted plants, Cable (basic 60 channels w/Starz package and pick your movies at Netflix)and stereo and with lake view. Other: Washer/Gas dryer, Vacuum cleaner, Garage door openers with remotes for three car garage and Combo for the Gate entrance and keys for the private lake gate. Back yard: Includes Gas fire pit, patio table that seats six, 2 lounge chairs, Gas BBQ table, 2-patio ceiling fans with remote lighting and many LED lights surrounding the backyard, many potted plants, croquet, tennis rackets, golf putter w/old balls, football and basketball, Jacuzzi.
Guest Book: All of these are just within walking distance. There is shopping close by and many local attractions. Area: There are many public/semi private golf courses/resorts in the area (We are next to Green Valley retirement community/minutes to Tucson).
