With the largest Tyrol Chalet floor plan, this comfortable, nicely furnished and well maintained chalet is one of our most popular rentals. This is an excellent floor plan for a family reunion or groups of friends as it sleeps 10.

This comfortable, nicely furnished and well maintained chalet is one of our most popular rentals. Located in a beautiful, vacation community, it is within short proximity to the downtown Stateline entertainment area and Heavenly Mountain Lodge. This is an excellent floor plan for a family reunion, two families vacationing together, or groups of friends as it sleeps 10. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen joining the great room with the living and dining areas. Vaulted ceilings, a deck with filtered lake views and the beautiful pine decor throughout the house add to the ambiance of this home. The house backs to open space with all bedrooms having a view of trees and Heavenly Valley.In addition to a pool table, the game room downstairs has CTV and stereo. There is a mud room entry for ski storage and other sports equipment. Gas BBQ and patio furniture on the deck.Parking includes a one car garage with additional parking for three cars in the driveway. Amenities include: Four CTV color televisions, two VCRs, DVD, WIFI and washer and dryer. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, and sauna. Maximum occupancy 10 guests. Physical address: 1227 Timber Lane, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 This Internet service is a free benefit to our guests. There will be no refund of rent due to Internet outages or inability to connect.

Great experience all three times I've gone through Accom Station

I had booked vacation rentals through Accomodation Station previously, but they were under my wife's name. Mentioned it this time booking it under my name and I was given a repeat customer discount. Very pleased. As always, the house was clean, had all the amenities & I was able to have my friends and family help celebrate my 40th b-day. Everyone had a blast and loved the house. No problems and I will book through them again in the future.

Great property and very comfortable for a group on vacation. Appears to have been recently renovated. Almost everything in good conditions other than a few minor exceptions - leaky kitchen sink faucet, hole in wall behind main level bathroom door (door stopper was apparently installed after damage had been done, but hole not repaired). TVs, stereos, grill, appliances all in proper working order. Pool table an added bonus. Needs some towel bars or hooks in bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this property for a group of 6-10, and we would certainly consider renting this property again. Accommodation Station personnel were very professional & helpful in working with us to find the right property for our stay.

We enjoy staying at this house as it accomodates our family's needs perfectly--adequate bedrooms/bathrooms and privacy. Just a few suggestions--hooks for hanging bathrobes etc on back of batroom doors and more TOWEL RACKS in all bathrooms.
