I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was adequately helpful.

This place was alright. Awesome location. One parking space was kind of a downer, but we just unloaded and parked the second car elsewhere. Not a bad size, and I liked the larger kitchen (not a galley kitchen like in many 4 person condos). No firewood, so don't plan on using the fireplace though.
The other awkward thing is that the entry wet area (laminate flooring) is about 2'x3'. You have to stagger entry if you want to take boots/shoes off there, else you're tracking it onto the living room carpet. The staircase also ends right onto the wet area... no really. You have to jump over the wetness or sharply sidestep or accept tracking wetness up the stairs once you're inside. Not sure what they were thinking.
The other big thing for me is work, which means internet. This condo advertises internet, but just has a cable modem tucked away behind the DVD player. Finally found an ethernet cord in a baggy, but it only has the space for a single connection at a time. Good luck using internet if you don't plan on sitting on the floor in front of the TV. Cell reception was awful across the board, so tethering was out for the members of my party :(
Hey, if you don't mind a place that has some obviously odd/awkward characteristics, the location can't be beat. I skiied back from the CA lifts.
