I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This worked out very well for our family. I had my sons (and spouses), grandchildren and three small dogs stay. The house was a good fit. There was an oder from the owner's dog, but that was mostly in the garage. We bought some spray deoderizer. If you have pets this is not a big deal. The thermostat would separate, and then the heat would go off. We quickly learned how to put it back and get it working again. There was not a garbage can in the kitchen to put our bags into, so we got a big box at the grocery store to use while there. All these were minor things, only mention them so if you stay there you will know what to do to deal with them. The beds were comfortable, there were enough pillows and towells. We cooked our meals there and though the things in the kitchen are a hoge poge of mismatched utensils, pans, etc. we were able to make due. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend this to friends. We hiked the area that advertised as a sleigh riding area and had a great time.
