The Verdon property is a large family home, close to Heavenly or the beaches and the downtown casino area. Sitting back from the street on an oversized lot, the kids will enjoy playing outside while the adults enjoy the expansive deck.

This two story, 5 bedroom 2 bath home offers a great location near Heavenly, the beaches and the downtown area. The Verdon home is set back from the street on an oversized lot. Large family home favorably priced.

Comfortably furnished with spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor each with a Queen. Three upstairs bedrooms: Queen bed, King bed and the 5th with 2 Bunk Bed sets. 2 Full baths (one up and one down) Living area with woodstove opens to a country kitchen. Washer/dryer, CTV/VCR, WIFI, 2nd TV in upstairs bedroom. Beautiful open wrap around deck with Weber BBQ. Parking limited to 2 cars in carport. Maximum occupancy 12 guests. Permit #103825

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Everything about the cabin was perfect except for the furnitures. The bunk beds were so low, it was impossible for anyone to sleep in the bottom bunk without feeling claustrophic or bumping their heads. The DVD player didn't work. The rail in the living room was loose and wobbly. It would also be nice if they had left us a shovel and some firewood. The upside was the kitchen was updated with a gas stove and new microwave.

The house is older and is in need of a upgrade to its furnishings but its clean and spacious. My only dismay was that both mornings came with loud noise. Saturday morning they were laying rocks around the house at 8am. I'm sure it is a necessary upkeep for the house but did they have to do it on a weekend morning that the house was occupied?! Sunday morning we were greeted with the cacophony of hammers and saws. Apparently the next door neighbor felt it was his turn for remedial upkeep. Ugh.
