Walking distance to the lake, this comfortable and charming home is located on a sunny lot among Old Tahoe style homes and Pine Trees near the center of town. Newly furnished with 2 river rock fieplaces, this home is a favorite.

Built in 1989, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located on a sunny lot among Old Tahoe style homes and mature pine trees near the center of South Lake Tahoe. This 1600 square foot home sleeps 8 comfortably. Tastfully furnished with all the comforts. Walking distance to the lake, city parks, year round public swimming pool and ice skating rink, grocery store, and the Bijou 9-hole municipal golf course. Heavenly Ski resort and the Stateline casinos are just a short 5-10 minute drive away. Dining room seats 8. Living room with river rock fieplace and two spacious couches and stereo for entertainment. Off the living room is a half bath with washer and dryer. Carpeted hallway leads past the kitchen to two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. Master suite is located upstairs with second fireplace and another small den/seating area. Year-round comfort for your mountain getaway. The Internet service is a free benefit to our guests. There will be no refund due to internet outages or inability to connect. VR Permit # 103401

The cabin was great and a lot roomier than it looks on the outside. The checkout directions were a bit confusing as there were 3 sets that all had different instructions. The only other thing was that the driveway wasn't shoveled which created a pretty icy and dangerous entryway, but other than those few small things we were all very happy with the place and the management!

The rental process was very smooth and the people helping me were very prompt in responding to me. I liked that they include the cleaning fees and tax in the quoted price.

The house itself was clean and stocked with toiletries and what not upon our arrival.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for the things we planned on doing in S. Lake Tahoe (restaurants, casinos, ski resorts). It was very clean and the check-in/out process was very easy! It's just a bummer the coffee maker was so dirty we could not use it and the water heater did not provide enough hot water for 4 people to take quick, <5-minute showers each.
