With our repeat guests continuing to come back to the Meadow home, plan on booking this one early. As one of our largest homes with five bedrooms to sleep 14 guests, its location allows everyone to easily go in any direction.

As one of our largest homes with five bedrooms to sleep 14 guests, this loction allows everyone to easily go in any direction. Located on lower Kingsbury on the Nevada side, in a quiet neighborhood, approximately one mile from the casinos and three miles to skiing at the Heavenly Ski Resort. A large living room with a flat screen tv, woodburning fireplace, and a pool table makes it a great place for entertainment. Another flat screen tv is in the family room just off the kitchen for another viewing place.Those who have difficulty with steps will appreciate having one bedroom with a Queen and a bath on the main floor of this 3000 square foot house so that they can join in with the larger family gatherings. Two wood burning fireplaces, WIFI, 2 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, wet bar, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, sunny open deck to a large wooded yard. This Internet service is a free benefit to our guests. There will be no refund of rent due to Internet outages or inability to connect. Parking for 5 cars. Maximum occupancy 14 guests. I rented the property for a weekend. Everything was smooth from the moment I rented to the moment I returned the keys. The property was very spacious, and there was plenty of room to fit all 14 of us. My only gripe would be that the wifi in the house wasn't working. But everything else was positive.

Reviewer Comments:
There were a couple of issues. One of the upstairs shower heads completley broke off and hit one of the guys in his head while showering. And the lights in the bottom bathroom burnt out totally. I had to wait in the cabin until someone was able to come out and fix it. SLightly inconvenient but they were fast and fixed it.

Manager responded on 5/24/2011:
We do check on the properties before a guests arival. We do try to make repairs and replace burned out inventory as we become aware of it. I am glad that we were able to get our inconveniences taken care of promptly for you.
