This exceptional home has spectacular mountain vistas and partial lake views from the private hot tub on the deck. It is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 4.5 miles from the Stateline casino area and 3.5 miles from Heavenly

The Cold Creek 4 bedroom home enjoys a split-level floor plan. The entry level opens to a family room with fanfold doors for a 5th sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa. Use it for a playroom with a bumper pool table, 2nd CTV/VCR and wet bar. One bath and two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, are on this lower level.The main living and dining area on the upstairs level have vaulted ceilings and a brick wall fireplace. Two bedrooms, one King and one Queen share a bath and 1/2. The large beds in every bedroom make this a great property for couples. Amenities include charcoal BBQ, washer/dryer, stereo CD player, WIFI, double car garage, and sunny open decks with furniture in the summer. Maximum occupancy 10 guests. Parking for 2 cars in garage + 2 on driveway.

The view of Mt. Tallac and the mountains northwest of the lake is wonderful. The house is clean and well maintained. Located just off Pioneer Trail, travel to highways 50 and 89, and on to 88, is easy. Ten of us used the house comfortably for a weekend. The folks staying in the game room downstairs slept on the couches as the fold out bed was not comfortable for two. Accommodation Station handled the reservation and key pickup and return efficiently and courteously,

This was our first experience renting a cabin in Tahoe. I spent a lot of time on browsing cabins that would be a good fit for 9 people. We were looking for a relaxing weekend with nearby hiking, and we wanted a big kitchen and a hot-tub and deck. This place was everything we could've asked for and more. The kitchen was absolutely stellar and the deck and hot tub boasted an amazing view of the Sierra mountain range and Lake Tahoe in the distance. The property managers were relaxed and flexible when we needed to extend our check-out by a few hours. Overall, we were very grateful for having picked this place and I am looking forward to renting it again!

Reviewer Comments:
We have stayed in Tahoe before, at Overlook, but the general consensus was that this was the best property yet. The previous property whilst closer to Heavenly still involved a car journey so this was not a downside. Cold Creek was much better apointed with the rooms being better organised. I suppose the only down side was that there were no TV's in the bedrooms but that meant that everbody had to be together in the evenings.
