"Old Tahoe" charm abounds in this great 5 bedroom cabin. The spacious living room with game table is a great gathering spot for families and friends , in addition to the back deck a private hot tub.. And the location is unbeatable..

"Old Tahoe" charm abounds in this great 5 bedroom cabin. The spacious living room with game table is a perfect gathering spot for families or large groups of friends. The location is unbeatable... 1/2 mile the beach and only 1.5 miles to the Stateline casino area. This cabin is also walking distance to a few of South Shore's most popular dining spots and watering holes. The large rock-walled, wood-burning fireplace is the focal point of the 35 ft. living room area, set up with oversized furniture, flat screen TV, and a table for playing cards. "Half-log" stairs invite you upstairs to a lovely wooden floor leading you to the front room with a 4-poster queen-sized bed and small balcony. Three more bedrooms are also upstairs; one with queen bed and a trundle, another with a queen, and the third with 4 twin beds. The fifth bedroom on the main floor has 1 bunk bed set with TV/VCR and a nice table on which to browse the internet or work, away from the crowd. The fenced back yard provides privacy for the hot tub and BBQ. There is also a washer/dryer and mudroom for wet snow clothes or swimsuits. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway adjacent to the cabin. Permit #103464

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Accomadation Station was amazing to work with. The cabin is in a great location just minutes from Heavenly Gondola. We liked the layout and spaciousness of the cabin however the cabin is in need of some upgrades and fixing of some things.

Thank you for your comments. We agree with you that the Birch Cabin has some wonderful things about it but needs some attention and upgrading. The family knows this and will be making some changes this spring/summer.

I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

It was wonderful! We had a great time and plenty of space. The kitchen was very well-appointed, the snowy yard and hot young were a popular fun spot, and the nice big dining room made meals easy. Also, the location walking distance from town cannot be beat. The house was very clean, except for those handful of things that get grimy in any house -- kitchen floor corners, baseboards, etc. Finally, another small detail- the downstairs bathroom shower seems to be in need of repairs, as some tiles have come loose. Despite this, I would recommend this house for a stay! We had a very nice time and the house really was perfectly suited to our group (the full 14 people).

We've stayed here for past 6 years and love it. This time around we noticed clean drapes, carpet, replaced bedding, curtains,clean couch, and additional mirrors (loft area)Maintenance: Downstairs shower seemed to be plugged. Front porch needs porchlite (when it is dark cannot see the family (as long as we can do so) will keep coming back.

We loved staying at the birch cabin. It has a great location, can fit a lot of people to sleep comfortably, and most importantly a hot tub! It isn't the most modern place and it's probably time for a new couch, but besides that there's not much to complain about. I would definitely recommend it to my friends, especially for the price we payed!

The Birch house was a great place for accommodating a group of our size. Everyone felt like they had enough space but still cozy for eating and playing games as a group. The bathrooms were a little funky but nothing to hinder the experience. I stay here again in a heartbeat especially if there was a better snowpack.
