Enjoy this wonderfully renovated home every day of the year! Perfect location for skiing, the Silver Queen gondola and Chairlift 1A are literally steps away. In summer, hop on the gondola as it silently glides above tall stands of pine and affords spectacular mountain views as it ascends to the summit of Ajax Mountain at 11,212 feet. The views from up top are stunning, especially during late July when the optic-amazing wildflowers bloom. Pack accordingly because the summit temperature will be cool! Access world-class ski mountains - Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass - from the free shuttle that stops one-half block away. Inside, we are confident you will appreciate the total renovation completed a couple of years ago. High ceilings, marble and granite throughout, cherry cabinetry, Jacuzzi tub, and the fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom will pamper you in luxury and comfort.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $380-975/Night
  • Check In / Check Out Times: Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
    Deposits and Final Payment: 50% of the total stay is required at time of booking. Final payment for reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival. For the Holiday season, final payment is due by October 1st.

    Cancellation Policy: Non Holiday; If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded less 10% of the total stay. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable, unless the unit is re-rented. Holiday Season; Cancellations before October 1st will be assessed 10% of the total stay. Cancellations after October 1st are non-refundable, unless unit is re-booked.

    Rates do not include 9.6% lodging tax. (Stays longer than 30 days are exempt from lodging tax.) $150 cleaning fee.

We stayed in the condominium the weekend of September 22, 2007. You can't beat the location, and we had a fabulous stay. Although the weather was beautiful, we sat by the fire and enjoyed the very comfortable couch and chairs. The Rusineks were great hosts -we appreciated the extensive book collection and games. Most importantly, Michael went out of his way to have the pool and hot tub opened up for us because we were so sore after running the Aspen Falling Leaf Half Marathon (what a killer that was!).

lovely kitchen remodel, walking distance to everything. Enjoyed live music at the Belly Up as well as many fun spring jam activities in Aspen and Snowmass.

My family and I stayed Jan.2nd through the 6th and we had a fantastic time. The condo was clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. The owners go out of their way to give information about the condo and operation of everything in the condo like the TV, washer/dryer, heat, fireplace etc. Parking is convenient. We would definately stay again.
