I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unit was well below other units we have rented in the 20 yr + at Gulf Shores. Complex was clean, well located, and quiet. Bender staff was great. Unit was not: dirty, applices were outdated/partially functioning(missing shelves in refrigerator, dishwasher didn't clean, dryer took 3 hrs to dry a med weight load,etc), linens were torn, spare pillows had blood stains,cabinets had chunks of laminate missing,poor lighting in kitchen, sinks missing drain pulls, vertical blinds missing so many slats had to put closet doors over windows to sleep due to light, etc. Obviously needs some investment of a couple of weeks rent money to improve its appearance: a coat of matching paint, new blinds,a good cleaning of walls, and refreshed linens would go a LONG way. Newer appliances, ceiling fans would make it great. Would stay at complex but not this unit again.
