We used this unit in early January. Great beach location. Outdated decor-not really that bad. Kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked in a lot. Loved the windows on sunporch that opened up to great view and loved the noise from the ocean. Great place for a family. Nice and quiet.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
I left an evalation at the office stating the need for an extreme upgrade of the property. The lamps need to be replaced and needed light bulbs. The electrical outlets in the 3 baths did not work - is this dangerous? The sofa and the bedding needs to be replaced. We stayed in this unit before and it was in much better condition. The owner could make this unit great! We hope to see improvements...next hyear we will check when we are booking. Also check the holes in the wall in the twin bedroom. Who did that?
