Wonderful location, poor linens, poor tv's, elevator problems more than once. Upgrade also overdue on furniture.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The televisions were small and old. The kitchen was not well stocked. We had to buy a frying pan, a broom, a spatula and a few other items. We would prefer a bedroom on the Gulf side rather than the street side.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The condo was very nice, including the views from the front and back balcony. It was very clean and meet my need. The only thing I did not like was that the tennants in 701 were very loud the whole time I was there and the tv in the living area was not working. Over all I would not personally stay there again unless there is some changes made to make it more comfortable. I would highly recommend Bender Realty for my next stay, they were very professional and quickly helped me with my booking,check in and check out.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The unit had lots of problems. Tubs not draining. Kitchen sink not draining. Poor supply of kitchen cookware. Tile on patio cracked with missing pieces. Master bathroom smelt like pee. I have to clean myself still had slight smell. Coffee table shattered with normal use.
