I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was a substitute for a unit in Sandpiper which is next door. The unit in Sandpiper had been damaged by water and was under repair. We stayed in unit 201 at the Caribbean one night. The beds are too soft and the lower parts of the cabinets are dirty. The unit is tight, like a railroad car. We like more room. Bender Realty bent over backwards to make us happy and the second day they put us in a Sandpiper unit, 7C. The bed is great, there is ample room and clean. One problem was with the TVs. The one in the living room was not receiving a cable signal and it was like that during our stay. The other two TVs in the bedrooms were old and did not have working remotes. All the TVs were obsolete. The unit is being sold and the owner is not investing in new equipment. The TVs are really old. I am surprised that Scott from Bender could find a working universal for the unit in the master bedroom.
