The home is close to the Sunriver Village. There is a full & twin bed downstairs and a queen and a bathroom in the loft. HOT TUB, MAVERICKS ACCESS, WIFI, SHARC AND MAVERICKS ACCESS

This is a cute 1 bedroom home with a loft. The loft has a queen bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk and a Twin. This a great house for a family vacation. The home is cheery and open. 12 Otter is close to the Sunriver Village Mall. Hop on a bike or walk some or all of the 33 miles of bike and walking paths Sunriver has to offer. Well Equipped Kitchen. Private hot tub in enclosed private courtyard. Enjoy the TV, VCR, Cassette/Stereo and bikes. The wood fireplace is great for warming up next to after a day in the snow.
