This is home is located at the north end of Sunriver. This home features a king bed, a queen bed and a bunk bed. There is a murphy bed in the loft. HOT TUB, MAVERICKS ACCESS, WIFI, FOOSBALL TABLE, A/C

This wonderful 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 .5 bath home is a fantastic home to spend your vacation! Enjoy the comfortable seating and warmth of the living room. Kitchen is located off the dinning room with lots of counter space! There is a king bed in the master bedroom downstairs and has a private door to access the hot tub. Upstairs you will find the rest of the bedrooms along with a loft with seating, a big screen TV and DVD player along with a foosball table a futon and a murphy bed. 1 Queen bedroom is upstairs and 1 Set of Bunks are in the other bedroom upstairs. My friends and I have rented this house approx. five times over the past five years and have always had a good experience. The house is conveniently located near the north Sunriver store/bike trails and is always clean, well kept and well appointed. We like to cook large meals and there is always more than enough up-to-date cookware/appliances to keep us happy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet and even though you are somewhat near Cottonwood Road, there is minimal road noise (if any). The back deck has a new table and chairs which are very comfortable and the Weber grill works perfectly. Two thumbs up.

This is the second time we've stayed at #7 Rainier. We stayed there last summer with another family, so total of 4 adults and 4 kiddos. The bedroom situation wasn't ideal for that set-up, but we enjoyed the house so much we rented it recently when my in-laws visited. The house ws perfected for 4 adults and two kids. The fooseball table keeps them entertained, as does the big screen TV. We really enjoy being near Mavericks - last few visits have spent much more time there as it is less crowded. Our kiddos are 3 and 8, so the ability to walk across the street and swim or rock climb was great. The house is also near the little market, so if you forgot one of the basics it was easy to step out the back door. We will likely rent it again. Thanks!

Visit #7 Mt. Rainier Lane - we highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Sunriver. The house at #7 Mt. Rainier Lane was excellent! Two families w/ a total of 4 kids met at Sunriver for a relaxing weekend and that is just what we found. The house was equiped with everything we needed. When we had questions, the property management company offered quick and pleasant service. The SHARC facility was crazy busy, so the kids actually preferred Maverick's environment - less crowded and directly across the street. There was also a little market/gas station just around the corner, which was great for the moments we realized we had forgotten an ingredient or ran out of something. Thank you!

The house room setup was great and the location was perfect. The main TV was big, but the electronics in general were outdated, which is probably why the WIFI was very spotty. There were lots of dishes but many were chipped. The deck setup was nice but the deck was extremely creaky. The wall decor was ugly. With the right modern updates this house would be perfection!

From watching deer, birds and squirrels foraging in the yard, to great access to the market, Mavericks and bike trails, we felt like this was home -- a great home base for our Sunriver adventure -- right from day one. Well-equipped kitchen, appliances, bikes, all good... We were sad to leave...
