The top level of the home is terrific for small gatherings, as its great room is large enough to accommodate everyone. The open upscale kitchen is terrific for both cooking and socializing as there is seating for 4 at the center island. The living room has large comfortable seating with a beautiful stone gas fireplace and flat panel TV with satellite service. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. The dining table also seats 10 if dining together.Off of the living room is a large deck that overlooks the trees with comfortable seating and a gas BBQ. There is a half bath just off of the living room, which is very convenient.The master suite is on the top level as well and features a queen bed, TV with satellite service and huge master bathroom with dual sinks, step in shower and large soaking tub.As you enter the common area downstairs, you will find a second entertainment area. This room has a wet bar with a small fridge, a foosball table, a TV used for movies or gaming and comfortable full size futon sofa sleeper. Just off of this common area is the laundry room, second full bath with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks and two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed plus 2 twin beds in a bunk set. The other bedroom has a queen bed and access to the backyard sitting deck and Hot Tub. Finally, this property comes with Wifi and a two car garage. In the summer, the property is close to the homeowner’s beach with pier and buoy access if you want to bring your boat (subject to availability). Sugar Pine Point State Park is approx. 1 block away, and it is approximately 2 miles to Chambers Beach and 5 miles to Meeks Bay. In the winter the property is approx. 3 miles to Homewood Ski Resort.
