4 bedroom 2 bath with Ocean View and Huge Fenced Backyard!!

Our home is a 4 Bedroom 2 bath with a outside shower!! On the main floor is a full bath and one of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other is a full bed with a pull out twin underneath. On the 2nd floor is the master with ocean views. The master has a jacuzzi & separate shower area with a queen bed. The other bedroom has a daybed which opens to a queen and also has a view of the ocean. Our home has a updated kitchen with a separate dinning area as well as a living room on the 1st floor. You wont find backyards like this any more because there aren't many. It goes from tuckerman to crest st a double backyard that is fenced in. it is great for privacy and family barbecue's or just relaxing after a day on the beach or golf course. You can also watch the sun go down from our front porch as well
About Phil Altman

We purchased this property so one day soon we can live there full time. We love the beaches and the community. It is easy access to downtown newport and great food for all different types of dinning. We love have all of cultural activities in and around newport as well. the winery is great and the saturday farmers market there.

Why Phil Altman chose Middletown

We owned a different property in the area before this but when we had a opportunity to move to Tuckerman Ave we jumped on it. It was always on of our dreams to be so close to the ocean and this house is large enough for family and friends to come and everyone be comfortable. With out getting in each others way

What makes this house unique

We love this home because it is large enough for our children and one day our grandchildren come stay with us. It has a very large backyard for children to play. And we love the outdoor shower for when you come off the beach. But this home was built around 1912 and has beautiful arched solid wood doorways from the dinning room to living room and the downstairs bedrooms are very large as it is was part of the original house.

Our home is located just a short walk from the famous Cliff Walk, which give you breathtaking views of the ocean. While on the cliff walk you can take a short detour and visit the Mansions of Newport. The Mansions give you glimpse of a time where the Vanderbilts once strolled the streets. While on Bellvue Ave you can visit the Tennis Hall of Fame and see the famous grass courts.You can also visit the oldest temple in the states Toro synagogue

    We are located 1 block from Easton's Pt beach also know as !st Beach. The location can't be beat!! We have ocean views from the master bedroom as well as our small deck. In our backyard you can use our outdoor shower barbecue or just relax and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Our backyard is fenced in for privacy so your family can enjoy the afternoon of peace and quiet and a day at the beach or golf course. We are conviently located about 1.5miles from downtown newport. Where you can enjoy fine dinning at what ever you desire. Great seafood steaks and itialian cuisine whatever your pallet desires. There is also a great nightlife with live music or a quiet spot to watch the sun go down over the Newport Bridge. So whatever you desire it is right in your backyard!!!
