The Cabin, and the trip to the smoky mountains was our first as a family vacation. It was wonderful, and everything we had hoped for. Our kids had a blast and we would definetly recommend it to anyone, and do plan on coming back next year! Thanks so much for allowing us this opprutunity!

We had a wonderful trip. Our cabin was very cozy and clean. The only downside was the privacy in terms of the bathrooms. It is a open floor plan as far as the rooms/bathrooms go. The banister on the deck near the pool table needs some TLC as well. But all in all it was perfect for our stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
When we checked in at evening, we found that there is a water lick in upper and lower Bedroom. We lodged a complained and promised to fix on next day but it is not fixed. We are not able to use the Bath tub and whole two nights we are disturbed with the water drop noise - Tip...Tip....Tip.. It was awful. Unsatisfied with the service.
