I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

hot tub didn't work one day and evening, the hot tub location is not very attractive, the home is very well maintained and up to date, everything was very clean

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The reservation process was so easy! A very nice lady named Nancy was very helpful! Our initial cabin had a water leak which could not be fixed right away so they were kind enough to move us to another cabin. This was a rather yucky experience. There were a lot of dead bugs on the floor, mouse droppings EVERYWHERE, and a terrible stench of mold or mildew. Dont recall the name of that cabin, but it is old, outdated, and I would never stay there again. The next morning, we were moved to our cabin. Total turnaround! Very nice, very clean, just an over all pleasure to be there. I hated to leave at the end of our vacation. I would stand behind this company in a heart beat, for the way they took care of us. Thank you all for such a wonderful week!!

The mattresses were hard as a brick. Other than not getting any sleep due to tossing and turning, the stay was good.

there weren't sheets for the sleeper sofa or foldaway bed. Hot tub had no temp adjustment, scalding hot. Most uncomfortable mattresses in upper rooms. Nice house. Nice pool. nice furniture.
