Get away from the rest of the house in the large Master Suite. Professionally decorated in the 'Tommy Bahama' styles. Enjoy a Spa like retreat as you melt away the stress of traveling in a candle lit two person modern Jetted Tub (being repaired, please inquire). We provide everything needed. Including candles, bath salts, plush towels, green tea.

Study/Man Cave:
The Study/Man Cave offers a large Desk, Computer and Printer (optional), High-Speed Internet. Great for working on the road or relax on the leather sofa and watch some videos from your day’s adventures on the large 42 inch Wide Screen Plasma TV. This room also converts into a bedroom with the pull out sofa.
Two Additional Guest Rooms:
One room with a Queen Bed and all the comforts. The second room with Bunk Beds. Both rooms share a seperated single bathroom with shower and tub, and two sinks.
Family Room:
The Family Room is a great place to gather, with lots of (9)seating. Centrally located next to the kitchen, so everyone can visit. Sit at the four person casual dining table while enjoying the warmth of a real Wood burning Fireplace. Watch 200+ channels of Satellite or the latest DVD on the 45 Inch Big Screen TV.

Cook a delicious meal in a full sized Luxury Kitchen, while enjoying the view of the Pool through the Bay window. Maybe you want to invite guests for a cookout or formal dining night. Everything is possible with this beautiful kitchen. Everything needed already here.

A huge backyard with a large tiled patio area overlooks the crystal clear and private pool. Enjoy the ocean breezes while dining outside. Open the large French doors and let this paradise be a part of your everyday vacation. Enjoy the peace and quiet as you swim in a tropical setting with 18 palm trees whispering and swaying in the wind. Let this be the vacation within the vacation. Weather in Oceanside is what keeps everyone coming here year round. Summer our Average High Temps are a cool 69-71 deg and Winter they are 62-66 deg. And the Ocean Breezes we talk about swaying our palm trees? It is an average of 10-11mph of gentle wind year round. Oceanside has some of the nicest weather of all the San Diego area. And considering San Diego is considered some of the best weather in the world, that is saying alot!

We are locals and we know the area. The beach is 11 minutes (exactly) from this house and that is a good thing.
You came here to the beautiful ocean and beaches of Southern California for a special vacation. We want you to relax and enjoy it. Homes on the beach sand are small, expensive, and noisy. They have few amenities, many times second hand furniture, and an ocean view that is somewhere over the next building. There are parties all night long, traffic, and it all begines to wear on your nerves. Everything is expensive; safety starts to be a concern.
It doesn’t have to be that way. We can help you have a truly relaxing beach vacation with our local knowledge. We can direct you to the best beach with the best waves and sand. Where the kids can go to surf or boogie board. Or even take affordable surfing classes. Safe places with cheap parking. Eat a “quiet” meal at a reasonable priced restaurant overlooking the ocean with good food. Get discounts. Know when traffic is good for traveling. Which days are least crowded at the amusement parks. Great free places to visit that reflect the real southern California beach lifestyle. We can give you the information that we the locals know.
Then when the beach or ocean adventures are done, you come home 10 minutes down the road to a relaxing place. Maybe the kids go swimming and you head up to the Master suite for some down time. Open the windows at night and hear nothing but quiet Palm Trees Swaying in the breeze in our quiet safe neighborhood.
