Upon entering this new oceanfront retreat you will land in the oversized great room and immediately be captured by the ocean views. On this level you will find, a beautifully furnished great room including a wall mounted flat screen TV with decorative* fireplace and a sleeper sofa. This room includes a dining area for six, breakfast area for six, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a bar seating four, all overlooking the pool deck with views directly to the ocean. On the pool deck you will find an abundance of ocean front space for your group, including private pool and hot tub, as well as, seating areas and a gas grill. Off of the great room you will find an amazing ocean front king master suite with private bathroom including a shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom has its own exit out to the pool deck. Also, on this floor you will find the laundry room and full sized hall bathroom with shower. If you proceed down the hall you will find, two of the queen master suites each with their own private bath.
From here you can proceed to the second level three ways… via the private elevator, main staircase, or activity room staircase. As you enter the second level from the main staircase or elevator, you will be greeted by the ocean front game room with pool table, wall mounted flat screen TV, and wet bar area. On this level, you will find a master suite with king bed and private bath, a double queen master suite with private bath, and a queen guest bedroom with bath shared to the game room. The game room, double queen master, and king master suite have prime access to the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean views.
This property also has an activity room with a foosball table, wall mounted flat screen and 2 twin bunk beds, sleeping four comfortably. This home is equipped with a gas grill and propane is included, should you run out of propane we will replace it at your request.
This oceanfront home comfortably sleeps eighteen guests. The hot tub heat is included in your quoted rental rate. This home has its own private boardwalk to the beach with an elevated seating area at the entrance to the beach. On the garage level of this home you will have access to parking and a ping pong table.
