I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We look forward to visiting Palm Island very year and staying in Bay Villa 5011.
I only wish the quality of food were better at Rum Bay so we would not have to leave the island for a decent meal. This has been my only gripe for the last 12 years. the food quality continues to be extremely poor. Hopefully this will be addressed at some point.
Otherwise we love everything about the resort!!

Too expensive due to overbuilt facilities

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The picture on the 'cover' of this survey is misleading. No signing on channel(?) from IC. Guests with a bow rail on their boat cannot moor (bow in) at your too short finger docks. Staff is not trained to meet guests ariving by boat. No way to get baggage off dock to 'villa'.
