ONE BEDROOM, ONE BATH FULLY EQUIPPED CONDOMINIUM VILLA. KING SIZED BED IN MASTER SUITE. FULL SIZED KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES. SCREENED IN PORCH HAS VIEWS OF THE MARINA.VILLA IS LOCATED ON THE MAINLAND NOT LOCATED ON PALM ISLAND

Harbortown is on the mainland at Palm Island Marina with views of the marina and Intracoastal Waterway to Palm Island. Enjoy all the Palm Island Resort services and amenities with this 1 bedroom/1 bath unit featuring a full kitchen and enclosed lanai.

Palm Island Marina offers dockage and heated pool for guests at Harbortown. Leverocks Restaurant offers full-service dining. Lodging includes Water Taxi transportation to/from Palm Island located behind Leverocks Restaurant. Palm Island is a private island accessed by car ferry or water taxi. Palm Island Resort is a golf cart community which rental carts are available to rent on a daily basis on the resort. The resort Bellmen are available to assist you in providing transportation to any point of access to the Resort's 2 miles of pristine beaches. Coming by boat, and staying at the Marina was great....however, there is only one restaurant on the property and no grocery store within walking distance. Next time, I would stay at the resort.

As leaders for the Landings Yacht Club Cruise we were very happy with our accommodations. (We stayed in a room because our boat just got sold) However, in addition I want to give special credit to Leverocks for catering a fabulous pig roast for us on Saturday night. It was a pleasure working with Kevin the Banquet Manager and his staff. The food was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Our friends who actually stayed at the villa found it to be very nice. An added bonus for them was the view fro their villa of the marina. They enjoyed watching the comings and goings of the boats during their stay.

a place to sleep while my boat was moored in the marina

room was not ready until 4pm, first nights garbage garbage was not removed, dishwasher was not emptied, had to leave keys in room - desk not opened by 7:45am, 30 day cancelation policy is unrealistic
