Villa, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Our home is perfect for the avid golfer who wants to escape the north but also wants to occasionally welcome family and friends in comfort and privacy. The newly constructed den is a perfect man-cave for watching your favorite TV show, sports event or movie on a 40 in. HD/LED screen while relaxing on recliners or checking mail over the Internet hookup at the desk.

This home has as much space as an estate home but at villa home prices. We have 2200 sq. ft. under air and it's professionally decorated in casual Florida beach style with bright colors. It has a master suite (King bed, walk-in closet, dual sinks, Jacuzzi in bath), living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, den with conv. sofa, two guest bedrooms with queen beds in each and a guest bath. Off the living room and master bedroom is the lanai overlooking the pool and hot tub and the 2nd fairway of the golf course. Since we face south, the sunshine in winter is constant and would satisfy anyone with cabin fever from up north. We are on a cull-de-sac so traffic is sparse.

We are part of the Golf Village, which at Lexington means one week priority on tee times. Even with that priority, Lexington's course is so popular that it can be difficult to get tee times in season. We also joined Crown Colony as a non-resident golf member to give us more challenge and to play whenever we wished. Each course requires a $200 fee but you will gain all our privileges during your rental period. Lexington restricts rentals to a minimum of 1 month.

About The Owner

Friends recommended us to Lexington in Fort Myers and we've never been sorry. Although we'd like to spend more time during the winter, family and other obligations only allow brief visits. We were welcomed the first weekend we moved in by neighbors and the management is very good.

Lexington Country Club is beautiful, friendly and a very busy place. Everyone seems to be very active no matter what age. It is well run and the golf course is woman-friendly. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
