A True Home Away From Home

We really enjoyed our month's stay at the Cape Coral townhouse. We especially appreciated the third bedroom, the amenities, the view of the lake, the bikes, and the "homey" feel. The townhouse was well maintained and had ample kitchen supplies. Our only suggestion would be to provide an extra house key and a bigger garbage barrel. The proximity to Sannibel & Capitiva Islands, Ft. Myers Beach, the Everglades, Naples, shopping plazas, and good restaurants was a plus. We would definitely recommend this property to others; in fact, we're hoping to return next year.

Great House/ Great Time

The house is exactly like it is presented on the website. It is a fantastic house in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Everything is clean, neat, and in good working order. The common areas of the home is large enough that we were able to host a dinner party for 14 people comfortably and take advantage of the superb stereo system in this home. The dock with the lift is in perfect order and pulled our boat out of the water with ease. Our time on the dock on the canal was very relaxing and serene. Kevin was very easy and helpful to work with. This was our first time that we have rented a house in that area. Loved Cape Coral.
