About The Owner

My wife and I grew up in the eastern part of North Carolina. We both came to the beach as kids, but never discover Ocean Isle Beach until much later in life. We discovered

in our search for a Vacation Home. We are still North Carolina and love the Beach.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2005
Why The Owner chose Ocean Isle Beach

Of all the North Carolina Beaches we visited we thought Ocean Isle was the most unique, tranquil

and family orientated.

What makes this villa unique

We have a Lagoon view from the Back Balcony. Watching the turtles and an occasional duck feed and play in the Lagoon is so relaxing that it's difficult to explain how such a simple view can be so relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay atyour home. Your listing was described accurately, the property we clean and it was very nice to have a good kitchen with the needed equipment to cook a meal. The size of the property was perfect for our group of 5 people (three adults and two teens). I really appreciate the beds not being too soft. Nice to go on vacation and not have a back ache. Thank you for your quick response with the air conditioner stopped working. You helped to make our Spring Break very enjoyable!!! We highly recommend your home to others.
