Sunset Harbor is our marquee family/party gathering place. We are sparing no expense in furnishings and decor. The den/family room looks out at an unobstructed view of the Matanzas River where the only man made object in view is the distant 206 Bridge. Sailboats and dolphins routinely glide by creating an unparalleled ambiance especially at sunset. Family meals can take in this view from either the spacious wrap around porch deck or from inside gorgeous den with amazing views of the waterway. Enjoy billiards or cards in the game room while serving your guests from the drink cooler and wet bar. Earn your beverages that night with a game out basketball out in the backyard court.
Five brand new TVs keep you in touch with the world or use the high speed wireless Internet connection for access to friends/business. Large outdoor grill, double car garage, washer/dryer, free high-speed wireless Internet service, free local calling, and of course all linens and towels are included. And yes we are pet friendly (please inquire). Best of all: We live nearby and take pride in offering our guests the maximum in personal attention.
A billboard coming into St Augustine advertises miles and miles of the most beautiful beaches in the world ... and the rest is history. We are the nation's oldest continuously inhabited city, settled in 1565 by Spanish soldiers under Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles. No one should miss touring the historic district, walking down St George
Street, seeing how King Phillip's soldiers lived in the Castillo de San Marcos or perhaps taking a carriage ride down cobblestone streets. The Flagler era has Henry Morrison Flagler's original three luxury hotels steeped in history as well as his Memorial Presbyterian Church, the finest example of Venetian Renaissance architecture in America. The kids will love the Alligator Farm, the oldest attraction in the state of Florida and take then on the free
boat ride out to Fort Matanzas, the back door fort that ended pirate raids in 1742. You are also only 10 minutes from Marine land and about 90 minutes from Mickey Mouse and/or the Space Center.

We couldn't be any more pleased or now loyal to the Hartleys. Such professional, thorough, sincere, and accommodating communications and follow through from initial investigative contact, to the final return of our deposit (and a missing DVD of my 3 yr. old's that they made sure to search for and mail back). Now who would take the time for that? Point taken! NOT an absentee land lord, very important! Rented boats, kayaks, fishing poles from local marinas. Enjoyed the dolphins, manatees, sunset, privacy. Had plenty of room to spare, very great home for kids w/ small children. W/ 3 under the age of 5, accommodations and convenience factor are extremely important to parental enjoyment! We loved it and will return for certain.
