If you are looking for hassle free skiing and convenient lodging this is for you. Exit the front door and Stagecoach run is simply across the street.
No parking hassles. As a matter of fact, a car is not really needed. The shuttle picks you up at the front door and takes you to the casinos, shopping and restaurants. Keep it simple and have fun. Leave the hassles at home. The 2 bedroom unit sits above a 4 car garage fronting Stagecoach ski run, with views of the run and lift. Before and after lift operation hours the kids have the run to themselves for snowplay, sledding etc.
You have no neighbors attached to this residence and we strive to keep things peaceful and quite. Both the master bedroom and the living room have fireplaces. All furnishings are new and high quality with the empahasis on comfort being number one! Minimal stairs (10'up) and easy access for all ages. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second sleeping area is open to the great room and has 2 twin beds. Both share a bathroom.
This home is a great base camp for hikers looking to access the world famous Tahoe Rim Trail. Out the door and up the trail will take you to incredibly scenic peaks, great fishing spots and some of the best places mother nature has keep pretty well hidden! Lake Tahoe is a short 8 minutes away as well as the casinos in Stateline. Feel free to use the detached common spa and swimming pool which are part of this planned community.
If desired we can provide catered meals and a stocked kitchen or pretty much any other requested services that will make your stay enjoyable, including reservations for day trips and excursions. We strive to be your one stop vacation destination and look forward to your return visits.
Both the Tramway Market and Fox and Hound bar and restaurant are a short 2 minute trip down the street.

Incredible proximity to ski area.
You have the best skiing, boarding and hiking Tahoe has to offer. This property is not one of the stacked up and down, side by side rentals that are predominant here with next to impossible access, dozens of slippery stairs, and parking in the street. We have a garage with an interior stairway up 10' to the rental. No neighbors on top of or below. Very private. The rental is new as well as the furniture. It is well insulated and has 2 fireplaces. Awesome view of the ski run as well as the mountain. More pictures will follow as we refurnish.

My wife and I just got back from Lake Tahoe and we have no complaints what so ever. Bob was extremely welcoming and very accommodating. My vehicle didn't fit into the space he provided so we were able to figure out a solution that would work well for both of us!! Even though the sierra's were lacking significant snow we were still able to have a great time. If you book your heavenly tickets out far enough you can save significant money. The convenience of skiing right to the property is well worth it. My wife doesn't ski a whole bunch so she was able to sit on the tailgate of my truck as I continued to ski and people watch. We will definitely be back. Hope there is more snow next time.
we just got back from Lake Tahoe and want to thank Bob for the excellent apartment for our family. its was clean and very cozy. Location was beautiful, you can see the Heavenly ski resort from our room. Our kids (5 & 10 yrs old) love to play sled and build snowman. the Ski resort close around 5 pm, after that you can go out and ski or sled if you like. will come back for sure.. many thanks to Bob..
We had an amazing time in Tahoe this year. The apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean and cozy with 2 fireplaces. It had everything we needed. It conveniently located very close to everything. There are grocery stores about 5 minutes away, downtown and ski resort across the street. The heavenly ski resort is a bit pricey so we end up going to Sierra at Tahoe since we have a big family where we paid 50% less for the lift tickets. However, heavenly resort looked like a very nice place to go too. The owners are very welcoming, considering and nice. I think it is not the last time we are staying with Bob and I can not wait to come to Tahoe again.
It's a no brainier , we were 19, everybody was more than happy. Angelica made the difference. This will be our first of many visits to this property. Everything is better that what you can see in the photos or read. Do not hesitate, we are a very difficult and complex traveling group and this property exceed our expectations. It's a true ski in ski out, everything is in place, you won't need anything but your skiing gear. Thanks, really many thanks to Bob and Angelica
