3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. This Chalet is special. It has the special touches that give you the feelings when you walk in that you are in the Mountains. This Cabin has 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath, loft, Sleeps 11. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

ALL CABINS HAVE A STANDARD REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, A HOUSEKEEPING CHARGE AND 6% CALAVERAS COUNTY TAX IN ADDITION TO THE RENT. 3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. This Chalet is special. It has the special touches that give you the feeling when you walk in that you are in the Mountains. It is a Very nice traditional chalet on level lot. Central Heat, Wood Burning Stove, Microwave, DW, W&D. TV, VCR, cable.1 king upstairs, 1 king downstairs, 3 twin beds upstairs, 2 twin beds and a full size bed in downstairs room (the bunk bed has a twin and a full size bed). Sleeps 11 comfortably.

We loved the openness of the kitchen/dining/living room where we could all enjoy each others company w/o feeling crowded. The upstairs bed/bath afforded a good nights sleep away from the noise for those who needed it. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfy.

Reviewer Comments:
We reported an accident with the glass top table immediately, and were told we wouold be advised of the cost, etc. We never heard and wonder if it was as much as our deposit since nothing has been returned

Manager responded on 8/1/2011:
It can take a bit of time for the owner to determine the cost of a replacement. With the glass table top broken, the owner tried to replace the glass first which was the cheapest way to deal with the accident. It can take a bit of time when we try to limit the damage cost to the guest. The owner would love the guests back and they are working on making the accident as cost effective for both the guests and owner.

We were all very happy with our Vacation home property. (Regalado)It was a beautiful home, it was very clean, nice and warm and it had everything we needed. We had such a great time that we have decided to make this our yearly Winter vacation home. We also want to mention that the staff at Big Trees Vacation Rentals were wonderful! They took care of all our needs during our stay at Regalados, Thank You.
