Come enjoy our elegant coastal home with beautiful gulf views! Along with the views, you have a private pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, LCD hi-def TV's, quality sheets and towels and an easy stroll to the beach and right on to the sand with NO STEPS!

The home is setup to comfortably accommodate 3 families and provide for privacy and fun! You have enough room to bring some friends and an au-pair.

You will have exactly what you want if you are a small family, larger group or multiple families. The home is close to one of the only public beach accesses in South Walton that has no stairs to climb making it effortless to get your group and all of your toys on the beach. There are four balconies with great views of the Gulf! The Community is an exclusive property located on the Eastern shores of South Walton County. It is close to Rosemary for dining, shopping and tennis and only 5 minutes to Publix. There are many restaurants nearby. Just east of the home are Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powel.

The first floor of the home has a teen suite with 40' LCD TV, 2 bunks and a trundle. This room can sleep 5 and leave space to relax and play. Also on the 1st floor is living space with a full kitchen, full bath, sitting area, 40' LCD TV and queen murphy bed. French doors lead to the private courtyard with a pool, hot tub, built-in gas grill and your private back gate for easy beach access.

Ride the elevator to the second floor where there are 2 King masters with private baths and balconies and LCD TV's. There is a second bunk room with LCD TV and another full bath and the laundry.

The third floor has a fantastic east facing king master bedroom with private bath and balcony. The living space includes a gourmet Kitchen with Subzero, Wolf, Fisher&Paykel and U-line appliances. The dining table can seat 8 with another four seats at the bar. There is a half bath off the living room and a small office with a nice view of the gulf, desk, chair and a monitor for your laptop. The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a 42' LCD TV and nice balcony. From the comfort of the living room or the balcony you can see the gulf and watch the evening sunsets.

About Owner/manager

My family and I live in Atlanta and Pensacola. I grew up on the Florida Gulf Coast and we have returned there to vacation for years. It is a great, uncongested, community and a place we consider home.

Why Owner/manager chose Inlet Beach

My family chose Inlet Beach for its beautiful, quiet beaches. We love that it is close enough to Rosemary to play tennis, walk, dine and shop and located next to State Parks for large, quiet beautiful beaches. We are thrilled that there is almost no traffic on the roads and you can ALWAYS find a spot on the beach close to the water. Inlet Beach is one of the few remaining uncongested coastal communities on the panhandle.

What makes this townhome unique

This is a beautiful upscale home close to the beach in South Walton. It can easily accommodate multiple and large families and still provide privacy. The home is 3 stories with both east and west facing balconies and great Gulf views. The beach is a quick walk and there is no public parking so you only share it with a small group of other homes in the area.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

We loved this place. Home is very nicely furnished and outfitted. Nice towels and linens, beautiful kitchen, very clean pool and hot tub. Loved the location! Quiet street, short walk to a beautiful beach. Handy to get to shopping and restaurants by hiway 98. Gorgeous sunsets over the water viewed from one the third floor balconies. Photos and description of the house very accurate. I would definitely recommend this rental. Loved the ice maker and the elevator. I would recommend The Terrace restaurant, ( little pricey, but delicious), Shades, a casual sports bar, very good shrimp and onion rings. Both very close to rental. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

We took our entire family to Florida for vacation - all 16 of us and this house was great! We loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us including private space to sneak away and group areas large enought for all of us to hang out together. Our grandkids even had space for their "dance party" on the last night we were there. The view from the third floor kitchen and living room area is beautiful. It was just a short walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrellas that are provided with house worked great for us. The pool was a nice option to the beach. I would highly recommend this house and it's great location.

Dream Vacation Home!!!

Our family of 4 stayed at Inlet Beach Breezes in April 2012. (Note this house could easily accommodate 3 full families.) This house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures! Everything is top-notch and high quality. It is clear that the owners have invested in this lovely home. Highlights include: comfortable bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, nice linens, top of the line kitchen, large dining table, great pool/hot tub, fun kids bunk area and TV/game room, even an elevator! The short walk to the beach was an easy "commute." We hated leaving and hope to return for future vacations! :)

Wonderful Spring Break

This property offered every convenience and amenity described and much more. As frequent visitors to the Beaches of South Walton, we could not have been more pleased! We were steps away from the gorgeous surf and sand and minutes from all our favorite restaurants and shopping. The house is beautiful and well furnished with designer touches and high end furnishings. A perfect setup kids of all ages. The owner was readily available through the entire rental process. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Maison le Soleil.

Excellent Home

We found the home to be immaculate, very spacious, comfy beds, high end appliances, great pool and grilling area. We only had 2 families, but there was plenty of room for a third. Only a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. No steps to walk down to the beach as mentioned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay at a great home in a less crowded area of South Walton. Also, great communication with the owner.
