3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. Imagine yourself in the middle of 6 acres yet still close to ammenities.This home has 3 Bdrms, loft, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. All bookings during holidays must be approved by owner.

ALL CABINS HAVE A STANDARD REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, A HOUSEKEEPING CHARGE AND 6% CALAVERAS COUNTY TAX IN ADDITION TO THE RENT. 3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. Imagine yourself in the middle of 6 acres yet still close to ammenities. Then stay at the Olmos Lodge, a new estate, in a park-like setting in lovely Dorrington, Calaveras County. You'll enjoy this 2700sq. ft. California vacation home. You'll be nestled in the trees on 6 acers with total privacy. Access level after a very small downslope. Central heat and woodstove, DW, W&D, microwave, TV/DVD (DishNetwork satellite), BBQ. All bookings during holidays must be approved by owner. Had a smoke alarm beep all night the first night but Dan came up and changed out the batteries once we contacted him the next day. Light bulbs (up high) needed to be changed as well but that didn't happen while we were there. They could have a few more pieces of silverware. Four knives for nine people was a bit difficult. Overall, however, a great location and comfortable cabin.

Hi, Great property and location.
I wish we would have more pillows on the 2 floor. Also, it would be great to make the house more weather proof - at night during the winter, from time to time cold air was flowing from somewhere.
